Mandala Homes believe in the backbone of a successful construction business involve a strong structured process at every stage of the project. We trust that this process will help create a smooth journey throughout the whole project. At Mandala Homes, we believe Our 10 steps Process will bring the client a peace of mind and a delightful journey to reach their dream destination.

Tender and Contract finalization

We join hands with the Client and begins our journey at this stage finalizing the fixed tender offer, inclusions and all other matters including Contract finalization.

Design execution and approvals

Preliminary Design evolvement will begin at this phase and subsequent Building Plan approvals will occur once the final design has been established and approved.

Samples and inclusion approvals

We do not leave the crucial tasks at the end, rather we take care of all our client’s need at the initial stage to get things under control. All Sample approvals and inclusions agreed at the tender stage will likely be finalized during this phase.

Site setup and establishment

Finally, THE DAY is here. Yes, the long-waited dream construction journey begins here. We will do all that is necessary to ensure the site security, Safety is in place prior to the works commencement.

Construction Phase

We will leave our client take their back seat, stretch their legs and become the spectator to watch our game on the ground where our crucial stage begins to deliver our committed project.

Authority Inspections & approvals

We take this stage very seriously and ensure all the authority inspection and approvals are followed through and complied with the regulations.

Pre-hand over inspection

An early hand over inspection with the client will always leave any stressful process out of the mind and hence this crucial step is important in our process.

Handover Keys and move in

Congratulations! It’s time to celebrate the big milestone. Your dream home is ready for you and your family to move in. Our Handover process comes with 90 days Defects maintenance period to attend all the defects with our exclusive defects process.

Defects closure Phase

Your 90 days Defects maintenance period begins at this stage. We will monitor and work closely with you and our team to ensure the defects are closed to honour our commitment.

Final Handover

We complete all our defects and other outstanding tasks we committed to deliver during the defects stage and handover the project at LAST!
